Technically, both can be installed on the same computer.
Where did you get the Visio installation file? Besides, how did you install it?
- Please make sure Visio and Office have the same architecture (32 bit or 64 bit).
Are the two licenses bound to the same Microsoft account?
- It is recommended to sign your Microsoft account in Services & subscriptions, and then download and install Office Home and Student 2021 after Visio Professional 2021 has been installed.Any further issues, welcome to post back.
