I have a ES running on Azure.
Can you please tell me the existing backup policy? Or directions to download the snapshots of the database.
In order to better assist you could you please let me know how you are running Elastic Search? Is it running on a VM? If so you can view a list of snapshots by simply typing Snapshots in the search bar at the top. Also when you say download the snapshot are you trying to export it out of Azure or what is your end goal?
My end goal is to export it out of a Azure and store it locally.
I'm not sure if I chose elastic search(selft managed) or elastic search(elastic search managed) in the market place. But all I see it a resource group in my account with datanodes and loadbalancer.
@ANDTR Support I think the first step is to figure out what exactly you are running. From there you can see how to backup and see if you can store a local copy of that backup. Since you believe it might be from the marketplace you can download your marketplace invoice and see what you are subscribed to.
The invoice doesn't seem to have any mention of the services.
I had a look at the invoice. There were mention of resources but not able to identify the type of service.45650-invoice-azure.pdf
PFA if you can please help me identify it.
