Internal Error for Custom Model for Italian language Project

I have a query regarding an issue we are facing while creating a custom model in the Azure Speech portal for the Italian language.
It is throwing an internal error.
The following is the list of items we have used. However, when we used the same items in an English project and tried to train a custom model, it worked successfully.

Could you please provide more details so we can reproduce the issue on our end, specifically the error and the Italian language option (Italian (Italy/Switzerland)) you've selected?
Please make sure that your language should match the data you intend to use for testing and training.

We have created an Italian project in the speech portal, and we are using the same project to create a custom model. The error screenshot from the speech portal is CustomModelError.png. Most of the words we are trying to train are in English because in Italian audio, many English words are spoken, and we are not getting the correct transcription for these words. -

We are using Italian base model ID "894ccd5c-e8f6-42f8-a653-9b1d023f88ef" for custom model training.

We have noticed that for the issue with the Italian custom model, there are two Azure speech services that support the Italian language.Locale (BCP-47) Language it-CH Italian (Switzerland) it-IT Italian (Italy) The custom model for Italian (Italy) fails when attempting to train both English and Italian words. However, the custom model for Italian (Switzerland) successfully trains both English and Italian words.
Can you please advice what could be issue?
