PdfDocument class is used to work with .pdf files. If your file is a .pdf file, then PdfDocument class could open it.

As I mentioned in my last comment, PdfDocument could only open pdf files.

the question is whether PcDocuemnt is other than working with Pdf files if you can work with stylus ink to underline the Pdf.

No, PdfDocument class could not handle such a scenario that use stylus ink to underline the Pdf.
