Unable to create trial account in azure using credit card

I try to login to azure free trial account using credit card. Rs 2 is debited from my card, but it is showing the below status, and I am unable to use the trial.

Settlement with merchant is pending.

I advise you to wait for a day to see if its getting reflected

Now I can see the payment is authorised. But it is not reflecting in my azure account. It is showing to start with Azure free trial. Attaching the screenshot for reference.

When I click on start free trial again and given the details it is showing me the above message.

Could someone please advice me why the money has debited and still I can't use the free trial. The card I am using is VISA Credit card

Hello Varghesekutty B,

Can you try and login via an inprivate window to the portal to confirm if it is the right account?

If it is, based on the previous answers I will recommend you open a billing ticket. This is free.

Create a support request in the Azure portal.
