My account is not being reconized as a workaccount but as personal account. For that a reason i am not able to see al the options. And i am unable to create account that i put offers on Microsoft Marketplace.

I understand that your account is not being recognized as a work account but as personal account.

The “Work or school account" was either created on purpose by your organization's IT department or in rare cases, accidentally by another organization whose .com domain name matches that of your personal account. The “Personal account" was either created by you directly or created automatically when creating a Skype or Xbox account. Could you clarify how your account was created, including any organizations involved or personal actions?

What type of options are you seeking? Did you notice any errors when creating an account in the Microsoft marketplace?
