What should I do if I am getting failover alerts on my Azure SQL failover group that contains at least one database with mismatched Service Level Objectives (SLOs)?

    Greetings!

If you are receiving failover alerts on your Azure SQL failover group due to mismatched Service Level Objectives (SLOs), this indicates that the primary and secondary databases in the failover group do not have the same service tier or compute tier/size. Azure SQL will eventually update the failover policy from Microsoft Managed to Customer Managed if the SLOs are mismatched.

For more detailed information, you can refer to the official Azure documentation: Failover groups overview & best practices - Azure SQL Database

Hope this helps. If you have any follow-up questions, please let me know. I would be happy to help.
