How to finish two-step verification with work account

So I have a work account signed into my Authenticator app, which worked fine for a while, until I upgraded my phone, without realizing it did not backup the app fully. Now every time I try to log into a work websit, it asks for a code from the app, but when I open the app, no code is presented. But all of my account info is still listed. And when I tried to redo the two step verification, it asks for a code from my provider, but I don’t know where to find that at my job, and none of my managers were able to help me.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please help!! Because we have a new app that we need to log into and without being in it, I may not be able to clock in and out

    You'll probably need to contact your IT dept and ask that they reset your MFA so you can set it up again on your phone
