Im stuck in a loop where i need the authenticator code to sign into anything with my student email but im not signed in to the email on the authenicator app and that needs the code which i obviously dont have.

I need to login to my Webmail for college and I can’t get into it because it gives me a verification code. Then when I go to enter the code into the authentication app nothing pops up to even let me. If I try to manually do it on the app then I get the same page where I try to put in a code but instead I have no where to even put it this time.
