I missed the appoint of exam few hours back due to some technical issues ,kindly help me for getting into the exam now

If you missed your exam appointment due to technical issues, you can reschedule or cancel your exam appointment via your Learn profile. Log in to your Learn profile and choose Profile from the dropdown menu in the photo avatar. Go to Credentials in the profile menu and select Certifications beside Applied Skills. Scroll to the exam appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule and choose either the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” link. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel or reschedule your exam. However, if you missed your exam appointment and did not reschedule or cancel it at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you may forfeit your exam fee or your free exam from any offer.
