I guess third friday would be best option:
Custom Job schedule - every first Friday after 15 of the month - is it possible?

Good morning,
Is it possible to create a job that runs only on first Friday after 15th of each month? I'm trying the following but the option seems to imply it would run every 15th month, not on the first Friday after day 15th:
