I’m having trouble getting codes since switching phones for my school accounts

I got a new phone and didn’t know I needed to backup and transfer from my previous phone. With that being said I can’t get into my school accounts because I can’t get a code and when I try to register through the app it asks for a code or a QR code but I don’t receive those because I can’t get into anything with a code from the Authenticator app.

    You will need to contact your school IT admin to help you rereister your account for MFA. This will prompt your account for a registration on next sign in.
