No one time codes on a new device

Question

Hey, I had to reset my iPhone. I checked twice before doing so to make sure all the codes are backed up. They were backed up, but when I launched it there was no sign of these codes. How do I retrieve them? I got locked out of my two main email addresses…

Thanks for your question.

If you lost access, for Microsoft Accounts you can only login via your recovery methods (Recovery codes/alternate email or what you set at the beginning). If you did not set these, then you may alternatively have to attempt an account recovery using https://account.live.com/acsr

For Work/School Account they can only be reset by your Admin or the support teams of the accounts involved. You will need to contact your Admistrators for the apps to help you.
