I was unaware of an extension that had been downloaded via a dodgy website without me knowing. My account has since been permanently suspended however I feel like this is unfair as I didn't know that this extension was running. After doing some digging I found it and realised it was a bot that was against the terms and conditions. Please could I get my account back? I will be more careful next time.
