New scheduled task does not run. When I try to start it manually, I am told the selected task no longer exists.

Question

IF I exit Task Scheduler and go back in, the task is still there, trying to run it manually gives same error.

Last run time shows as 11/30/1999 12 am. Last run result is the task has not yet run (0x41303).

Hello,

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Running the task manually and setting the next trigger for the near future (for example, within a few minutes of creating the task).
2. Try setting "Network Conditions" to > Any Connection to see if that helps.
