Errors with Exercise - Use a container at Deploy Azure AI services in containers module

I followed both docker and azure portal ways of doing the lab, none of them is working, There might be wrong instructions or something. Please fix this as soon as possible. Please I need help as I am preparing for certification exam for AI-102. Thanks in advance.
