    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

It seems like you're having trouble with the Group Policy Object (GPO) not applying the changes to the Outlook cached mode settings. Here are a few suggestions:

    1. GPO Update: After making changes in the GPO, you need to force the update to make sure it applies to all users. You can do this by running the command "gpupdate /force" in the command prompt on the affected machines.
    2. Check GPO Linking: Ensure that the GPO is linked to the correct Organizational Unit (OU) where the users' computers are located. If it's linked to the wrong OU, the policy won't apply.
    3. Check GPO Inheritance: If there are multiple GPOs, there might be a conflict. The GPO with the highest priority will be applied. Make sure there's no other GPO that's overriding your settings.
    4. Check GPO Status: Ensure that the GPO is enabled. If it's disabled, it won't apply.
    5. Outlook Version: Check if the Outlook version of the users is compatible with the GPO settings. Some older versions might not support certain settings.
    6. User Log off/Log on: Sometimes, the changes might not reflect until the user logs off and logs back on.
    7. Restart Outlook: Ensure that Outlook is completely closed and restarted after the GPO changes. In some cases, a system reboot might be necessary.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
