Yes, i treid it on another laptop and its working fine...the error just says that both adapters cant be repaird automaticly by the troubleshooter

I have a problem with my windows 11...
I did a factory reset and after that i could't conncet to the internet anymore.
I have internet via cable (ethernet) but it says "secured, no internet"
I tried everything from reseting and restarting the router to using some commands in "cmd"
I reseted my pc to factory settings many times before and never had a problem...
Can anyone help me please ?
