When I'm trying to book an exam , I'm constantly getting an error and unable to proceed to Pearson Vue site.

Question

Whenever I click on "Schedule Exam" button on my certification page (Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) I get to a page "Transfer to Pearson Vue" in which I've to fill my address and contact details, but when I try to click the submit button, I'm getting an error "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support."

I've tried many times but still getting the same error, and I need to book my certification exam withing 2 days, so any help would be really appreciated.
