The same settings only given in the bicep template. Still, after creation of standard logic app in canada central region, the runtime version is showing error in the overview page.

Hi @Rajoli Hari Krishna Greetings! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Thank you for posting this question here.

I have tested creating a standard logic app in Central Canada through the portal and can confirm that the Runtime version is reporting back as expected. Please refer the below image for reference.

Here are few things you can check to understand the issue better

    • Restart the logic app and see if the runtime error goes away
    • If the Logic App is using any connectors or APIs, ensure that they are up to date.
    • Deploy the logic again using the same bicep template and observe if the command returns any warnings or errors
    • Try creating a new logic app through the portal and see if you see desired results.

One additional observation to note is that, if you make any changes to the Environment variables, the Logic App restarts, and the Runtime version would be set to Error briefly. It goes away once we refresh the Logic App overview details.

Please let us know if you still experience the issue after trying the above steps. We would be able to assist you offline and help you resolve this.
