How can I add more subscriptions to my account when the error message says "subscriptioncountreachedlimit" and that I should contact Azure support but the help options for them do not provide any access to create a ticket based on this problem

We are trying to get our subscriptions entered (our 6th and last) and functional and last night we received a message stating that our account has reached its subscription limit and to create more we need to contact Azure support. However, the drop downs at Azure Support do not allow us to request assistance for this problem and searches have not provided any actual solutions.

Any ideas?
