Release a domain from another organisation

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We have a domain which we own and need to add it to our tenant.

Unfortunately it seem to be configured previously in another organization.

Please how can we get that released from there.

    According to your error message, you will have to remove custom domain from the Microsoft 365 Business organization tenant where it has been previously registered. Error message when you try to verify a domain in Office 365 - Microsoft Support
