Hello. I would like to ask technical questions about the [Office Add-ins platform][1]? Can I ask those questions here? If not, what Microsoft forum would be the best place to ask such questions?

    The issues realted to Office development are not supported on Q&A forum currently.

    @Emily Hua-MSFT and @Dave Patrick thank you for your replies. I tried to post a question at the link provided by DSPatrick (https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/Lync/en-US/home?category=officedev). But when try to select a forum, the page indicates that the forum is moving to Microsoft Q&A on 6 January, and doesn't allow me to post (screenshot). So should I wait until 6 January, then post in Microsoft Q&A?
