how to register azure community group in devloper page in micosoft

All ,

Mtect in computer science , i have started the user group for

Azure Tech Community Bangalore, 

Bangalore Azure Cloud, 

i need sponsor and it is actually not a high tech area so no one wants to sponsor the event 

,

I am looking for the space so that more more person can be trained in the community of azure world
