Office deployment on Microsoft sever 2019

Hi,

I'm following the steps here to install office on a shared computer but I'm getting an error 17002. I'm running windows server 1903, and my config.xml and log files are officeserverlog.txt. It looks like there's a problem with the office click to run installer, where it throws

class shared::Exception in function C2R::Setup::LaunchAction<class C2R::Setup::Parameters,class std::shared_ptr<class C2R::Setup::C2RClientArgumentsGenerator<class C2R::Setup::Parameters> >,class std::shared_ptr<class shared::ProcessFactory>,class std::shared_ptr<classC2R::Setup::C2RClientReturnCodeHandler<class C2R::Setup::Parameters,class std::shared_ptr<class shared::ProcessFactory> > >,class std::shared_ptr<class Capabilities>>::Execute: unknown error [ExitCode=17002]  

I can't find any other solutions to this - other suggestions on the internet are that it might be a firewall issue, but nothing is being logged as blocked by the firewall for this machine. I've also included my config.xml file

Could you please tell me that do you have other version of Office product installed on your computer?
If yes, please uninstall it completely to check this issue.

Did you use ODT tool?
Please make sure you downloaded the latest ODT tool.
