How to buy Reservation for Postgresql flexible servers HA instance

I can't seem to find any official documentation on precisely how to buy Azure PostgreSQL's flexible server instance's High Availability instance (Secondary instance). I am aware buying the Reservation will apply for the primary instance.

Does anyone have experience that we need to buy 2 different Reservations? Appreciate the confirmation if possible.

The below is the AI generated answer by Microsoft, but the reference it's using doesn't have any details at all on it:
To buy a reservation for Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server's High Availability instance, you only need to purchase a reservation for the primary instance. The secondary instance automatically gets the benefit of reserved pricing. You can purchase Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server reserved capacity in the Azure portal. To buy the reserved capacity, you must have owner role or reservation purchaser role on an Azure subscription. For details on how enterprise customers and pay-as-you-go customers are charged for reservation purchases, see Understand Azure reservation usage for your Enterprise Agreement enrollment and Understand Azure reservation usage for your pay-as-you-go subscription.
