Windows 10 App Compatibility - legacy Java Web app

We have an application which works on IE11 and needs Java 6 update 22. We are not willing to enable the usage of 6 Update 22 on Windows 10 machines due to security issues. Business doesnt have the funding to redevelop the app for now. Please suggest what is the best approach to mitigate this.
