my windows update 10, version 22H2 Failed, windows refuses update. error 0x8000442. How can I fix this?

my windows update 10, version 22H2 Failed, windows refuses update. error 0x8000442. Failed attempt, 8-2-2024

Installed refreshed intel i74790 CPU, had intel i3.

Motherboard accepts this CPU upgrade. Works OK.

Success update Windows 10, version 1909, on 11-22-2019, No

Last update, 4-1-2021, for x64 systems, cumulative update (KB5000808) with other updates that day.

Have Windows 10 Home, activated with digital license

under Device Security, Secure Boot is Green highlighted, SAYS secure boot is on

Standard Hardware security NOT SUPPORTED. So not the version 2 support?
