I'm facing a problem with my Azure Sponsorship subscription, and I'm hoping someone here has had a similar experience or can offer some advice.
I recently received an email from Microsoft stating that my Azure Sponsorship subscription was canceled, and that my services have been disabled.
When I tried to reactivate the subscription through the portal, I received a message stating that Azure Sponsorship subscriptions can't be reactivated directly and that I need to contact Azure Support.
Online my states I used 16/1000$.
It also says that the benefits expire some time next year so that should not be the issue.
I can't create a support ticket I only get prewritten responses from the "support request" in azure...
