Not able to link my personal account with corporate account.

Question

1. I would like to appear for microsoft exam where i need to link my personal account with my corporate account. But, when i tried to login using my personal account and personal laptop, it doesn't allow. It always ask to enter corporate id only.
2. PLease help me to login with my personal account.
