Unable to get Badge for Az305 exam

Hello Team I have written an exam in using pearsonvue for Az-305 , After successfully written exam , I couldn't find a way to get badge in credly . This isa bad experience to me . please do help me .

Please note I can see the certificate only pearson and Transcriptions page only can see the status as pass .

please do help on getting badge in credly .
