Cannot login on my account to cancel my subscription - URGENT!

I just created an account on azure, and subscribed to the trial version. However, because my account was already connected to another azure server or something I cannot login. I need immediate help as I have added my card and if I cannot login then I cannot cancel my subscription and will get charged without my consent. This is a major issue and not acceptable!
