@Shanmukhi Sudha Tiriveedhi Thanks for reaching out. The error message you received indicates that the resource provider "Microsoft.Logic" is not registered for your subscription "Trominocare Validation Partner", and you do not have the necessary permissions to register a resource provider for this subscription.

To resolve this issue, as mentioned by Dillon you will need to contact the owner or administrator of the subscription and get necessary permissions to this Azure subscription to create a resource and to register resource providers. You need to be either a Subscription Owner or have the Contributor role.

Alternatively, if you have the necessary permissions, you can register the resource provider yourself by following these steps:

    1. Open the Azure portal and navigate to the "Subscriptions" blade.
    2. Select the subscription "Trominocare Validation Partner".
    3. Under settings tab click on the "Resource providers" link in the left-hand menu.
    4. Search for "Microsoft.Logic" in the list of resource providers.
    5. If "Microsoft.Logic" is not registered, click on the provider name and then click the "Register" button at the top of the blade.
    6. Wait for the registration process to complete.

Once the "Microsoft.Logic" resource provider is registered for the subscription, you should be able to use the Azure Logic Apps service without encountering the error message.

please verify and let me know incase of further queries, i would be happy to assist you.

    Hello Shanmukhi,

It looks like you do not have enough permission to this Azure subscription to create a resource. I'd recommend reaching out to the Azure subscription owner and have them give you the sufficient access to creating a resource.
