Why does my app service go down when i upgrade it from dotnet core 6 to 8

I have upgraded my app service from .NET 6 to 8 to 2 app services, in one app service it is working fine but in another one it is giving 503 error

2024-08-06T06:27:26.69+00:00 they were initially on 6 but i deployed the code and changed the versions to 8

2024-08-06T06:29:33.5133333+00:00 @Brando Zhang-MSFT they were initially on .net 6 and i upgraded the code to .NET 8 and deployed the code after which i changed the runtime stack to .NET 8 in both the app services

2024-08-06T06:41:28.4566667+00:00 @Brando Zhang-MSFT Yes, had to upgrade some packages and then it worked fine and same code is working fine in one app service but not in another one
