I understand that you are trying to update user password in security info page but getting error message "We're unable to reset your password. Contact your admin".
If a user belongs to a hybrid environment, their user account password is managed by their administrator in a hybrid environment. If the administrator has not enabled the password change feature in hybrid environment, users will be unable to update their passwords.
To reset passwords for hybrid accounts, the administrator must enable password writeback to a hybrid environment and grant permissions such as 'Reset password' and 'Change password'.
If you are an administrator, please verify whether the above permissions are enabled. If not, you will need to contact an admin to update your password.
