Can't sign into SharePoint on his iPhone

Please i need your help on this issue.
A user can't sign into SharePoint on his iPhone. Its working well on his PC. He said it was working before and just stopped.
His iPhone is up to date. He was asked to clear account settings via your iPhone Settings> find the SharePoint app> enable Clear account settings> Reopen SharePoint for iOS and log in to your account again.
But issue persists.
