Changes to Deleting Attachments in SharePoint Online List

Has there been a change in the method of deleting attachments in SharePoint Online list?

I noticed that now the "X" mark appears only after clicking around the attachment once, and then you can click the "X" mark to delete it.

I am curious to know if this change (update) will remain the same in the future.

If there is any information about this change mentioned somewhere, could you please let me know?

    Per my test, I don't need to click around the attachment once to get the "X" mark. You could see the following gif
