Why is Azure Document Intelligence not analyzing the document and giving the result.

Why is Azure Document Intelligence not analyzing the document and giving the result.
Usually the recognition process takes only a few seconds, now at least 40-50 mins and mostly fails.
None of the API versions is working as expected. There are no error messages in the code.
I am using python SDK for API call, and using custom model.
I have attached screenshot for the reference.

I have problem when work with azure ai document Intelligence.

I want to extract figures from pdf documents, but when I call api as described above, I've got error, the abnormal is error doesn't happen consistently, for example the I analyzed same document but sometimes it will give an error in the middle, sometimes it won't, and until last Friday (2024 Sep 20) everything was fine. Is this an Azure system bug?response = document_intelligence_client.get_analyze_result_figure( model_id=result.model_id, result_id=operation_id, figure_id=figure['id'] ) ResourceNotFoundError: (NotFound) Figures analyze result does not exist. Code: NotFound Message: Figures analyze result does not exist.
