Windows 11 - blank screen issue

Recently we have install the Windows 11 for system. suddenly, screen will blank but cursor keep moving. any one share the solution.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check for Loose Connections

• Make sure all cables between your computer and monitor are securely connected.

2. Restart Your Computer

• Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve this issue. Hold down the power button if necessary to force a restart.

3. Enter Safe Mode

• Restart your computer while holding the Shift key and select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. Once it restarts, select 5 or F5 to start in Safe Mode with Networking. - If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, it might be related to your graphics drivers or software conflicts.
