How can I log into my outlook account again?

I had to change my phone a few weeks ago. Everything from the old phone was transferred to the new phone but when I tried to log into my outlook account there was the code for the microsoft authenticator as usual but in the microsoft authenticator app there was not a pop up for me to put in the code. After I checked the app, I saw that there was no backup before and that I needed to do one, but when I clicked on it it was stated that the I-cloud on the phone was different from the old one. So now I can't log into my uni account because it always gives a code but the app doesn't give me the field to put in the code. Now I'm lost. I already tried everything mentioned here but nothing worked so far. (and also to know, I don't have access to the old phone because the battery was damaged)

I would be so thankful if somebody knows what to do

Access your Microsoft account on Web Browser.
Click on Other ways to Sign in.
then select your secondary sign in option.
enroll your Authenticator on New phone.
