To view your Visual Studio subscriptions invoice:
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- Select the Cost Management + Billing blade in the menu to find an overview, list of subscriptions, and invoices.

I'd also recommend contacting Visual Studio support directly. They should be able to verify your cancellation date and subscription status. See:
