    Hello Amey Tuljapurkar,

    Thanks for your question

The error message indicates that your work or school account is blocked while you tried to access Azure. To resolve this error, you can refer to the steps in the troubleshooting guide, "Your account has been blocked. Please contact your support person to unlock it, and try again."

If you are a user, wait 15 mins.

    As an admin:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal as an admin.
    2. Under Users, Select Active Users.
    3. Locate the user, and then click the users Display name to open the settings pane.
    4. At the top of the pane, select Unblock sign-in.
    5. In the Unblock sign-in screen, de-select Block this user from signing in and click Save changes.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola

    Hello @Amey Tuljapurkar,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

Based on our previous discussions, it appears that you're unable to log in to the Azure Portal after changing directories. This change caused the portal to log you into the resource tenant ID instead of your home tenant ID, and when you tried to log in, you received a message indicating that your account has been locked.

To resolve this, you can manually specify your tenant by using either the tenant ID or domain in the URL:

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenantID>

    or

    https://portal.azure.com/<domain.onmicrosoft.com>

Note: Modify the tenantID and Domain name with your tenant ID.

Following these steps should redirect authentication to the correct directory. Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

If the issue persists, feel free to email me at AzCommunity@microsoft.com with the subject line "ATTN: pothurajur" and include a link to the current thread.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,
    Raja Pothuraju.
