How to create browser bookmark to a specific Microsoft Team in web app

Hello, previously in the classic Teams web app, I could create a browser bookmark linking directly to a Team.

The new Teams web app, which now appears to be the only option to use, has a fixed URL in the browser regardless of changing to a different Team, and therefore bookmarks do not work.

I see that there is an option to "Get link to Team" which I can edit into the bookmark, however this always loads the screen below and makes you first choose to load the link with the web app, everytime.

Is there any way to bookmark directly to a Team's URL in your browser as was possible in the Classic version?

    Hi @Ay

Based on your case description, we know your situation and understand your needs.

    Teams web client: https://teams.microsoft.com/v2/

However, we regret to inform you that according to our test, browsing the Teams team directly through the link in the browser tab will jump to this page.

If you need the old Teams way, please submit feedback in Microsoft Feedback. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
