    Hi Jorge Cruz,

    Some users have experienced similar issues, and this may be a widespread bug. Most users have found that running the Remote Desktop Client as an administrator fixes this. You can type "Remote Desktop Connection" in the Windows Search bar and select "Run as Administrator" in the right pane.

    • Deleting the registry entry, etc.

    This is a VDI; the error occurs only if the VM is assigned to a user in the RDS Broker Collection. If the VM is removed from the collection, RDP to the host works. The same RDP user is used in both cases: the one that fails and the one that works.
