Clear block sender list on that user's account.
Add domain to trusted sender list.

Please i need your help on this issue.
I think there is an issue with my configuration my emails that are sending are not going into the inbox and the same thing is with the smtp.
Currently, if i sends email to users in my organization, the users receive the mail in their junk instead of their inbox.
But if they send an email to me i can receive it in my inbox but when i try to send out emails they receive it in their junk.
