Not able to create free trial Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL when I try from https://cosmos.azure.com/try/ (able to create Cosmos DB for NoSQL) and getting Internal Server Error all the time.
Kindly, let me know how to resolve this issue

which ones of the below are ou trying to create.
Please do also share the region you are trying to deploy the resource. Retry by choosing a different region to see if this issue is due to a capacity constraints.

That is very weird because the error message does not describe much information that can guide us. I would suggest in this case if the below don't work to create a support ticket so CSS can further look into this issue.
Please do this first.
Then I would suggest checking if you are running out of credit, or an issue with your Azure subscription.
I tried from my end, and I am able to create one.

After you click on the link you should see this screen.
It will prompt you to a sign in page
then
If you are not seeing the above, then it should be an issue with permissions or subscriptions. I would suggest creating a support ticket so CSS can further look into this issue.

I am not using any subscription, just using free cosmos db option (https://cosmos.azure.com/try/)
