Based on my understanding of your question, try the steps below:

Update RDS Licensing Server: Ensure that all updates and patches are installed on the licensing server, as missing updates may cause errors.

Restart the RD Licensing Service: Open Services, find Remote Desktop Licensing, and restart it.

If you’re still encountering issues after trying the first two steps, use a Different Connection Methods: If you’re using the Automatic Connection method, switch to the Web Browser or Telephone method.

Open Remote Desktop Licensing Manager, right-click the server, and select Properties. Under the Connection Method tab, select a different method and try again.

In addition, to avoid errors, please follow the instructions on the official documentation to reactivate the Remote Desktop Services License Server.
