Is there any way where we can send the adaptive card as a reply to message in the Teams channel thread from flow 1, get the response from user from action.submit (or action.execute if necessary) and send the response to flow2?

You can use Reply with an adaptive card in a channel action to send Adaptive card as a response to a message.
Also, you to create a parent-child flow relationship where one flow (the parent) can trigger another flow (the child) and pass data between them.

How can it wait for a response from user in 'Reply with an adaptive card in a channel' action and pass data to child flow?
My point is: I am trying to create an adaptive card that replies to a channel thread AND also waits for a response , get the response for that card and pass data to another flow.
