my computer keep crashing and i dont know what to do

i started looking into it about a month ago and checked my event viewer and notices many differant errors like
event id 7000 "The GameInput Service service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified."

or

"The AMD Crash Defender Service service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

or

event id 1001"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x0000000080000003, 0xfffff8074302be01, 0xffffce80f89e1900, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: d1f94733-77f6-43c8-ad00-1dc93ddd599d."

and i checked solutions and i didnt see any type of result

i personally dont know what to do anymore
i really dont want to resort to factory reset of needed

    For the bugcheck 0x3b, it always could be caused by some drivers.

    Ensure that video card driver on your system are up-to-date and compatible with Windows 11 Pro. Incompatible or outdated drivers can often cause system crashes and bug check errors.You can download the graphics driver from the manufacturer's official website and install it to check.
