Account Hacked but managed to change password with revovery tool

My account was hacked but I managed to find out what email it was changed to, so I used the recovery tool and actually managed to change the password of the account. However I still can't change back my security details and email address, as I do not have access to the hackers address and now I'm worried they will just change it back and I completely lose access. Is there anything I can do?
